case: team emote
Função: Gestão do Projeto.
Resumo: Fui responsável por assegurar a conclusão de todas as etapas da produção de forma organizada e eficiente, desde a concepção inicial até a entrega final.

In this project, the Liberty Esports team was challenged to create the concept for an exclusive emote , to be developed and made available by Riot Games for the League of Legends audience.
The initiative included partner teams from global LoL leagues. My role as Project Manager was essential to ensuring the success of all stages, from conception to final delivery.
initiation: receiving the demand
The process began with the collection of detailed information, including visual references and expectations from Riot Games, as well as an analysis of the target audience and trends of the game. With this background, we held specific alignment meetings with stakeholders to better understand the creative and technical guidelines.
How I organize new demands:
gathering the briefing with the applicant, which can be done through meetings, emails or institutional platforms (Asana, in this case);
I use a project management checklist to ensure that essential aspects such as scope, budget and schedule are clear from the start.
Based on this information, I create a preliminary structure, conducting initial research;
From this, I identify the most suitable team for the project, considering the analysis of the team's agenda and the available schedule;
The next step involves contacting leaders and managers to assess the impact of this new project on their teams - which may require meetings to align expectations and ensure the viability of the planning.

brainstorming: collective ideas
I then organized group brainstorming sessions , where I encouraged the exchange of ideas between designers, content creators, marketing, management and operational teams, ensuring a diverse, collaborative and innovation-focused environment .
These sessions were fundamental to generating a range of concepts that balanced the team's identity with the dynamics, trends and aesthetics of the game and the expanded LoL universe (Arcane, communities, among others).

developing presentations
During the presentation development phase, I worked side by side with the company's management to refine the defined proposals and their iterations, always under continuous feedback from Riot Games .
There was no need to contact the design department for formatting, as we chose to follow the design model used by our partner. This meant that I was responsible myself, streamlining the adjustment process and serving as a direct connection between the team's definitions and Riot Games ' feedback. This open communication was vital to ensuring that the ideas evolved within the established scope and timeline.
conclusion: sales success
The end result was a creative and functional emote that brought a new form of engagement to the team's fans and the international community within League of Legends, demonstrating how good project management can turn ideas into reality. Liberty Esports' "Is it for me?" Emote was the league's 3rd best-selling emote in the first 2 months since its launch.
